What is gratitude? 

I am sure that you are aware but still let me tell you that Gratitude is a conscious effort that you make to be appreciative, thankful, respectful, and obliged for the things you have or receive in your everyday life. 

 What is its benefit? 

 Gratitude helps you not to take things for granted in your life, it helps you to appreciate the tiny joys of life. It’s an attitude that you need to practice every day. Like any other practice, you will reap its benefit with time. 

It has many scientifically proven positive effects. It helps you feel optimistic about the future and to achieve important and positive goals. 

The practice of gratitude helps you to get better sleep and your days become full of more positive energy and enthusiasm. Being able to appreciate things in life can simply make you happier in life.
