While the whole world is struggling to battle against the deadly coronavirus for more than a year now, India logs almost 1 million new covid cases in 3 days as per the report published by the govt sources and several news media. I am from India and from its capital, New Delhi. Delhi is amongst the worst-hit cities in India and remained the 2nd highest city in the death toll a day before. Listeners who are listening to my show from outside India would also know how the country is struggling to battle with the deadlier 2nd wave.

It is an unprecedented situation in our times. Not a single family is spared. Our heart breaks when our near ones suffer. Our friend next door suffers. We fear to call up someone with who we are not in touch recently, we worry and lose sleep when our parents are away, our children are away. And I can go on … 

We all need to stay mentally strong during these trying times …. But how? 

I am going to try my best to help you with mental exercises that can help you think, feel and act your best when you are in the middle of this unprecedented situation.
